An image transfer is a delicate technique of using as special type of film and process to create a one of a kind piece of art. The transfer is created by taking a slide and projecting it onto a special type of processing film. Once the images has been transfered to the film it then must be put into very hot water until the thin layer of film slides off the back of the film. The thin layer of film is then moved to another tray of water where it can then be manipulated onto watercolor paper or glass for a unique one of a kind piece of art.
